Job summary

Inta Bina Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Malaysia invites a Sr Quantity Surveyor/Assist Contract Manager to support contract administration, measurement, and tendering activities. The role requires a degree in QS and at least 3 years' experience.

You will prepare progress reports, subcontractor accounts and liaise with clients. Strong communication in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
• Preferably Senior Executives/Executive specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Contract Manager with contract administration matters.
• Assist with the preparation of progress reports, subcontractors' claims, variation order claims and labour claims.
• Familiar and able to carry out measurement and taking-off quantities.
• Able to handle tender and obtain quotations for tendering purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of subcontractors' and suppliers' accounts.
• Liaison with appropriate personnel on the verification of site measurement quantities.
