Job summary

Inta Bina Sdn Bhd is seeking an M&E Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical activities on site in Malaysia. You will supervise, coordinate, inspect, and report on M&E works, while ensuring adherence to technical specs and project timelines.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant construction experience. Strong drawing interpretation, safety knowledge, and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in M&E coordination or supervision in construction.
• Knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Familiarity with relevant Malaysian building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical activities on site in line with specifications and project timelines.
• Attend inspections with Architects and Consultants on M&E installations and testing.
• Advise technical and project team on all aspects of M&E and development of projects.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including daily reports, inspection checklists, and maintenance logs.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and client representatives to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in mechanical and electrical coordination or supervision in construction industry

Knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

Familiarity with relevant Malaysian building codes, standards, and safety regulations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all parties
