Job summary

Inta Bina Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned project supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on high-rise construction sites. You will prepare the site, schedule activities, allocate resources, and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to ensure timely completion.

The role requires a civil engineering degree and at least five years' experience in high-rise projects. You will lead technical staff, enforce safety, monitor schedules, and uphold quality standards across multiple

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

At least 5 Year(s) work experience in the related field with exposure to building high rise buildings

Required Skill(s): Able to work independently, Leadership and management skills to lead group of technical staff and worker, ability to follow up on project schedules,

Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
