Job summary

JUBM Sdn Bhd invites applications for the role of Project Executive (QS) / Senior Project Executive (QS). Based at our Kota Kinabalu branch, you will support quantity surveying activities under supervision and assist in day-to-day duties on all projects handled.

Requirements include a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, proficiency in English and Bahasa, and either fresh graduate status or up to 2 years of relevant experience. Independent and proactive candidates are preferred.

• Independent and a self-starter.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa.
• Fresh graduate or minimum 2 years relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Handles and runs projects under close monitoring and supervision of SATD/ATD/STL.
• Assists SATD/ATD/STL in day-to-day duties on all projects handled.
• Attends all Project Co-ordination, Technical or Site Meeting of projects under their care.
• Assist in preparation of final accounts, measurement of variations, measurement of Bills of Quantities.
• Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities allocated by SATD/ATD/STL/TL.

Required to perform quantity surveying duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office and to be based at Kota Kinabalu branch.

• Handles and runs projects under close monitoring and supervision of Senior Assistant Technical Director/Assistant Technical Director/Senior Team Leader [SATD/ATD/STL].
• Assists SATD/ATD/STL in day-to-day duties on all projects handled.
• Attends all Project Co-ordination, Technical or Site Meeting of projects under their care.
• Assist in preparation of final accounts, measurement of variations, measurement of Bills of Quantities.
• Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities allocated by SATD/ATD/STL/TL.
