Job summary

JW EcoBuilders Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Malaysia. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management, strong cost estimation, budgeting and financial reporting skills, and a valid driving license.

Candidates should be prepared for travel up to 100% and have a solid understanding of contracts and regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with cost estimation, budgeting and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail in measurements and cost calculations.
• Understanding of construction contracts, standards and regulations.

• Willingness to travel 100% (Preferred).
