Job summary

YNH Construction Sdn Bhd invites qualified professionals to join our Klang Valley team as Quantity Surveyor. You will prepare take-offs from drawings, cost analyses and tender documents, and monitor project costs against budgets.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying or related field, with at least 3 years in building construction. Fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience in building construction.
• Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Taking Off Quantity from Construction Drawings.
• Sourcing of Materials, Suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Prepare Tender Clarification, Cost Analysis & Letter of Award.
• Able to do cost monitoring, claim certification, final account and budgeting.
• Exposure to Post Contract Administration.
• Keeping project cost within budget and highlight potential cost overrun.
• Propose alternative materials to enhance quality of finished products.
