Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for construction projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements for quantity and cost calculations.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and Material Take-Offs.
• Assist in preparing and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in tender preparation and submission.
• Support the team in monitoring and controlling project costs.
• Assist in evaluating subcontractor claims and preparing payment certificates.
• Track project variations and changes.
• Liaise with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, cost information, and project documents.
• Assist with other QS-related tasks assigned by management or project team.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Graduate) to join our team based in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in building their career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for construction projects.

Assist in reviewing project drawings, specifications, and requirements for quantity and cost calculations.

Prepare quantity take-offs and Material Take-Offs (MTO).

Assist in preparing and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
