Job summary

Kuala Lumpur Fried Chicken (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a QC/Production Supervisor to oversee daily QC and production operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, Halal, GMP and ISO 22000 standards.

The role involves training operators, auditing readiness, and maintaining records. Applicant should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related fields, with at least 1 year in QC or food production line experience. Bahasa Malaysia and English are required; own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food Science, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Applicants with at least one year of experience in a Quality Control role or on a food production line.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall daily QC and Production operations.
• To supervise operators' work progress to achieve daily production target and comply with specifications.
• To ensure operators comply with SOP, Halal, GMP and ISO 22000.
• To implement incoming raw materials procedure (i.e. inspection fresh raw poultry / seafood).
• To handle production process arrangement, manpower backup & etc.
• To conduct On Job Training (OJT) to operators.
• To participate and assist in audit inspection process of JAKIM, VHM, ISO 22000 and customers & suppliers' audit.
• To report findings of non-compliance and improvement areas to the Management.
• To maintain good cleanliness of production zone.
• In-charged of monthly stock check & submit report to the Management.
• Responsible to maintain good QC and production records.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior / management from time to time.
