Job summary

Haritage Brands Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Control Executive for its food manufacturing operations. The role focuses on monitoring production, performing tests, and ensuring compliance with SOP, GMP, HALAL, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor in Food Science & Food Technology with 1–2 years of QC experience, and be proficient in English and Malay. You will maintain quality records and participate in audits to uphold product safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Food Science & Food Technology required.
• 1–2 years of Quality Control experience preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English and Malay language skills.
• Able to manage time effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, organized, and proactive with good follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing to ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, HALAL, HACCP, ISO 22000.
• Perform analytical tests, inspections, and sampling of raw materials/packaging.
• Maintain QC records, test results, deviation reports, and certificates of analysis.
