Job summary

J&T Express in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Management Executive to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality control data analysis reports and monitor outlets and gateway operations to ensure compliance with service standards.

You will identify abnormal data, investigate root causes, and assign responsibility, follow up on parcel exceptions and customer complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality control data analysis reports.
• Identify abnormal data, investigate the root causes, and determine the responsible outlets or personnel.
• Follow up on parcel exceptions and customer complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution and case closure.
• Monitor outlets and gateway operations to ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
• Conduct regular outlet inspections, identify non-compliance or operational issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Follow up on quality control initiatives, policies, and corrective actions issued by headquarters, and report on their implementation progress.
