The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Admin, with 3–5 years of warehouse management experience, strong leadership, and proficient Excel reporting.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of warehouse management experience.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage manpower planning, shift arrangement, and productivity control.
Monitor inbound and outbound activities to meet operational KPIs.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and 5S practices.
Prepare operational reports and performance analysis.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including attendance and discipline management.
