J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. invites a detail-oriented professional to support station brand image, implement operating standards, and drive continuous process improvements across Kedah. You will collect data, analyze performance, and coordinate actions with partner stations to uphold quality.

This role requires strong communication, data analysis, and teamwork, with travel to Kulim High-Tech Park as needed to ensure compliance with company standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to adapt in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, supervision, and execution of station brand image to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Drive and oversee the implementation and continuous optimization of station operating standards, ensuring standardized workflows.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze station operational data, propose improvement plans, and follow up on implementation effectiveness.
• Manage contract negotiations, signing, and documentation with partner stations.
• Handle customer service matters and complaints, coordinate resources to resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for YoYi regional quality control monitoring and operation.
