Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Malaysia to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing and shipping. You will ensure timely order processing and maintain organized stock with accurate labeling and storage practices.

You will coordinate with procurement, QC, transport and customer service, supervise team leaders and associates, and conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in basic computer or WMS use.
• Physically fit and able to handle fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, packing, shipping).
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain proper stock organization, labeling, and storage practices.
• Coordinate with procurement, QC, transport, and customer service for smooth operations.
• Supervise and motivate team leaders and warehouse assistants.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
• Provide training, coaching, and disciplinary support when necessary.
• Oversee equipment and facility maintenance.
• Enforce safety, PPE compliance and conduct risk assessments.
