Job summary

J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quality Control Executive in Selangor to strengthen data analysis and process governance across operations. You will prepare routine QC reports and work with multiple departments to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of logistics/operations experience, with strong Excel skills and willingness to travel. You will help uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics / operations / performance management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills and willingness to travel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality control data analysis reports.
• Identify abnormal data, investigate the root causes, and determine the responsible outlets or personnel.
• Follow up on parcel exceptions and customer complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution and case closure.
• Monitor outlets and gateway operations to ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
• Conduct regular outlet inspections, identify non-compliance or operational issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Follow up on quality control initiatives, policies, and corrective actions issued by headquarters, and report on their implementation progress.
