Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics/QA professional in Malaysia to monitor parcel movement and SLA performance using real-time dashboards. You will identify delays, investigate root causes, and collaborate with operations to drive service level improvements.

The role involves analyzing bottlenecks, preparing daily performance reports, and developing proactive alerts to prevent SLA breaches. English and Mandarin be advantageous for coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in QA, compliance, or operations within logistics / supply chain; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and strong problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills; English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor parcel movement and SLA performance through real-time dashboards.
• Identify delayed or stuck shipments and investigate root causes.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Coordinate recovery actions for high-priority or delayed shipments.
• Track and improve delivery performance, including on-time delivery and first-attempt success rates.
• Prepare daily performance reports and SLA exception summaries for management.
• Develop and manage alerts to proactively prevent SLA breaches.
• Collaborate with operational teams to drive service level improvements.
