Job summary

Tech Mahindra Malaysia is seeking a Senior Quality & Process Improvement professional to establish and maintain a Quality Management system for the account, implement Operational Excellence tools (5S, RCA, Lean, Standard Work, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, GEMBA), and drive improvements in efficiency and metrics with site teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of experience, plus proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1) or native level, strong financial analysis skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 7–10 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma or related process improvement methods.
• Strong financial and analytical skills to quantify business cases.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to senior executives.
• JLPT N1 level Japanese language ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Quality Management system for the account.
• Implement Operational Excellence Tools (5S, RCA, Lean, Standard Work, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, GEMBA).
• Collaborate with site teams to improve efficiency and key metrics via gap analysis.
• Design KPI measures and dashboards to track performance and sustain improvements.
• Drive ROI/value-added initiatives through process improvements and transformation.
• Ensure quality metrics are met and alignment with procedures and policies.
• Lead and supervise TLs and QAs, and train staff on Operational Excellence tools.
• Deliver high-impact projects with financial gains and value for the customer.
