Job summary

Coherent Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Lean Manufacturing professional to establish, review, and implement Lean methodologies to improve throughput and reduce costs. You will develop training packages and lead core Lean projects such as 6S, Kaizen, and TPM, while training cross-functional teams and driving productivity improvements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, project management, and ISO compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years' experience in Lean work when graduate in engineering
• Analytical and able to interact at all levels
• Good project management skills and knowledge
• Must be able to prepare training materials and conduct Lean training
• Independent, committed, positive and good leadership quality

Responsibilities

• Establish, review, implement and maintain Lean methodologies to increase throughput and reduce operating cost.
• Develop and maintain Lean training packages and core projects like 6S, Kaizen, and TPM.
• Provide training for cross-functional teams on Lean methodologies.
• Participate in productivity improvement and cost savings projects.
• Ensure compliance to ISO requirements and safety guidelines.
