Job summary

Molex in Penang, Malaysia, seeks an Operational Excellence Business Analyst (Senior Engineer) to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams. You will drive data-driven process improvements to boost efficiency, quality and productivity, leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives and deploying digital solutions across facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operational excellence, process improvement or related roles preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience with SAP or MES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to identify improvement opportunities aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct data-driven analyses (process mapping, value stream, root cause) to quantify gaps and prioritize solutions.
• Lead or participate in Lean Six Sigma and transformation projects.
• Design and deploy standard work; support change management and training.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs and improvement progress.
• Support deployment of continuous improvement tools and digital solutions (RPA, analytics platforms).
