Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering / Business administration / related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of proven implementation experience in lean implementation and process optimization.
• Experience working with a wide range of employees, from operational to managerial.
• Strong communication and moderation skills with confidence.
• Strong training and presentation skills to clearly convey Lean concepts.
• Proactive and self-motivated to advance projects independently.
• Experience with Kaizen, 5S, swim lane/value stream mapping, A3 problem solving, shop floor management.
• Six Sigma experience in manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel for training and exchanges.
