Tech Mahindra ICT Services Malaysia SDN. BHD. seeks a seasoned professional to establish and sustain a Quality Management system and drive process improvements across the account.

You will implement Operational Excellence Tools, collaborate with site teams, and develop dashboards to monitor performance and ROI. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of experience, is fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1), and can present rigorous financial analyses to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years of overall experience.
• Proficiency in Japanese Language required (JLPT N1 or native level).
• Experience with structured process improvement methodologies, incl. Lean.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop financial analyses to quantify business cases, options and risks.
• Excellent communication skills; able to present ideas to Senior Executives.
• Ability to work within tight delivery timelines and manage internal/external clients.
• Experience leading TLs and QAs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Quality Management system for the account.
• Implement Operational Excellence Tools (5S, RCA, Lean, Standard Work, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, Tiered Accountability & GEMBA).
• Work with site teams to improve efficiency and key metrics via gap analysis and projects.
• Design and implement KPI measures and dashboards to manage process performance.
• Drive ROI/value-added improvements and business transformation.
• Ensure internal and external quality metrics are met.
• Deliver high impact projects with financial gains for the customer.
• Promote compliance with organizational procedures and policies.
• Train staff on Operational Excellence Tools and Kaizen.
• Supervise transactional quality audits to position monitoring as a leading indicator.
