Job summary

Ultimate Manufacturing Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to lead NCR investigations and drive CAPA efforts within a precision engineering environment. You will coordinate with manufacturing and engineering teams to uphold internal standards and customer requirements.

The role focuses on non-conformance management, root cause analysis (8D, 5Whys, Ishikawa) and internal quality alignment to prevent defects from reaching final products.

Job description

Non conformance Management : Lead the investigation and resolution of Non- Conformance Reports(NCRs). Facilities rigorous root cause analysis using methodologies like 8D, 5Whys or Ishikawa diagrams, and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to completion.

Internal Quality Alignment : monitor, analyze and resolve internal quality issues before they impact the final product. Act as the primary liaison between internal manufacturing/engineering teams and customer expectations to ensure internal standards meet external requirements.
