Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to plan, coordinate, and participate in daily inspection activities within the QA/QC departments. You will conduct scheduled inspections on all products, ensure samples align with the Master Wet Sample, and accurately record test results, declaring PASSED on first inspection.

Applicants with 1–3 years in QA/QC or manufacturing are preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or tertiary education background in Chemistry or related field.
• Ability to perform QA/QC inspections and tests effectively and accurately.
• 1–3 years of QA/QC/manufacturing experience; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

Job description

To plan, manage, coordinate, distribute, and participate in the day-to-day inspection activities of the QA and QC departments.

To conduct daily scheduled inspections on all products being produced. Upon completion of production, the Production personnel shall submit the wet sample to the QC Department for inspection.

To ensure that all samples inspected are compared against the approved Master Wet Sample.

To accurately record the test results of every sample inspected and verify the product as “PASSED” when it meets the required specifications on the first inspection.

To promptly report any operational deviations, quality issues, or non-conformities to the Superior and/or Person-in-Charge of the Production Department.

To follow up on all non-conformance issues and conduct a second inspection after the necessary adjustments have been made. The inspection and adjustment process shall be repeated until the product meets the required quality standards and is confirmed as “PASSED.”

To seek advice and technical assistance from the Research & Development (R&D) / Design & Development (D&D) personnel whenever necessary.

To complete and maintain accurate records in the daily QC Job Sheet.

To attend to unscheduled inspections or quality-related enquiries from customers and provide appropriate guidance and advice from the QA/QC perspective.

To properly maintain, control, and ensure the good condition and traceability of all Master Wet Samples.

To fully understand and comply with the Company’s Quality Policies, Quality Objectives, procedures, and relevant quality requirements.

To perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Superior from time to time, as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification: Diploma or Tertiary education, preferably with a background in Chemistry or a related field.

Skills & Competencies: Able to perform QA/QC inspections and tests effectively and accurately.

Working Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in QA/QC or manufacturing is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
