Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform in-process and final product inspections, ensuring compliance with specifications and ISO 9001 standards. You will document results and support continuous improvement initiatives with hands-on testing and thorough recording.

The role emphasizes meticulous inspection, accurate reporting, and adherence to quality procedures within a manufacturing environment in Selangor.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Quality Management / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Detailed, organized and good time management
• At least 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC.
• Familiarity with ISO:9001 (Quality Management System) requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality inspection on incoming, in-process and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Coordinate production in-progress inspections with the production team.
• Manage filling for all ISO & QA/QC documentation and ensure timely submission.
• Perform inspection and testing of products when required.
• Report and file daily QC reports and documentation.
• Focus on hands-on inspection, rejects testing and functional testing.

Job description

Responsible for carrying out quality inspection activities on incoming, in-process and finished products to ensure conform to specifications.

To conduct production in-progress inspection by working together with production team.

Ensure the quality control program designed to make sure continuous production of products consistent with established standards is implemented and being followed.

To manage proper filling for all ISO & QA/QC documentation and ensure all document are timely prepared and submitted.

To perform the inspection & testing of the products when required.

Reporting and filed all the daily QC reports and documentation.

Focuses more on hands on inspection, rejects testing and functional test

Requirements:
