Job summary

Dynapack Asia in Klang, Malaysia is seeking a QA/QC professional with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma or Degree in a related field to oversee daily QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.

You will develop procedures, conduct inspections, investigate issues, and collaborate with other departments to improve product quality and support audits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Develop and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and quality documentation.
• Conduct inspections and investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints.
• Monitor quality performance, support audits, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Work with other departments to maintain product quality and improve overall quality performance.
