Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced QA/QC leader to ensure product quality through rigorous inspection and QA processes in a manufacturing setting.

You will lead and train a QA/QC team, supervise QC activities under the Quality Management System, and coordinate ISO and customer audits while collaborating with departments to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Quality Systems / Engineering or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance/manufacturing with leadership/ coaching experience.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring product quality through inspection and QA processes.
• Lead and train a QA/QC team for quality inspection and assurance.
• Supervise QC Team per Quality Management System.
• Coordinate ISO internal & external audits and customer audits.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare reports and maintain QA documentation.

Job description

• Responsible for company products quality by carrying out production related inspection job
• Lead & train a team of QA/QC to perform quality inspection & assurance
• Supervise QC Team as per Quality Management System.
• Create awareness of QA best practices & procedures amongst all departments to inculcate a culture and understand of proactive quality management
• Investigate customer complaints & non-conformance issues and handle outgoing quality issues
• Ensure consistent product quality through training, implementation of effective preventive procedures
• Develop policies & standard for monitoring quality process
• To coordinate ISO internal & external audit and customer audit
• Work closely with relevant departments to resolve quality issues
• Report compilation and writing skills
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry / Quality Systems / Engineering / manager specializing in Quality Assurance or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance & manufacturing environment with experience in Management or a proven track record in coaching & developing teams & individuals
• Strong leadership skill & problem solving skills
