Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and warehousing operations, monitor performance, and drive data-driven improvements for on-time delivery and stock accuracy.

The role requires a diploma or degree in logistics or related field with 3–5 years of QC experience in logistics, strong Excel skills, and fluent communication in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia to coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of quality control experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational performance, service quality, and timeliness through data analysis.
• Proactively identify operational issues, investigate root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement practical process improvement initiatives and ensure successful execution.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to support operational goals and continuously improve warehouse efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights to support management decisions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. (Candidates with relevant Quality Control experience are encouraged to apply.)
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control within the logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
• Good communication skills in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to coordinate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong planning, execution, and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools is an added advantage.
