Job summary

This role requires a Diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, good communication, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or quality control is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse operations and staff activities to ensure SOP compliance.
• Conduct CCTV reviews and investigations of parcel issues.
• Inspect parcels and processes to ensure quality standards.
• Identify and report operational irregularities and safety concerns.
• Prepare daily QC and investigation reports; maintain records.
• Coordinate with Operations to identify root causes and resolve issues.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees when required.
• Escalate significant quality or operational issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Quality Control Officer to support our warehouse operations by monitoring operational activities, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, and investigating parcel-related quality issues. The successful candidate will play an important role in identifying operational irregularities, maintaining quality standards, and working closely with the Operations team to resolve issues effectively

Key responsibilities

Monitor warehouse operations and staff activities through CCTV to ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures.

Conduct CCTV reviews and investigations related to damaged, missing, misrouted, or mishandled parcels.

Inspect parcels and operational processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

Identify and report operational irregularities, safety concerns, and quality issues.

Conduct follow-up investigations and gather relevant information or evidence when required.

Prepare daily QC reports, investigation reports, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Coordinate closely with the Operations team to identify root causes and resolve quality-related issues.

Communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees, supervisors, and management when required.

Ensure proper documentation and timely escalation of significant quality or operational issues.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in Quality Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

Good communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or quality control is an advantage
