Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Operations professional to monitor parcel flow and SLA performance, identify delays, and coordinate with dropship centers to prioritize shipments.

The role requires a degree in logistics or related fields and 1–3 years of experience in QA, compliance, or operations within logistics. Strong analytical skills and Excel knowledge are essential, with English and Mandarin as an added benefit.

Qualifications

• Fresh grads welcomed; 1–3 years in QA/Compliance/Operations within logistics/supply chain preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with Excel and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and good problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination; English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities for Quality Operations

• Monitor parcel movement and SLA performance through real-time operational dashboards.

• Identify delayed or stuck shipments and investigate root causes.

• Coordinate with Dropship Centers (DCs) to prioritize urgent shipments and manage volume surges.

• Analyze operational bottlenecks and troubleshoot delivery issues.

• Coordinate recovery actions for high-priority or delayed shipments.

• Track and improve delivery performance, including on-time delivery and first-attempt success rates.

• Prepare daily performance reports and SLA exception summaries for management.

• Develop and manage alerts to proactively prevent SLA breaches.

• Collaborate with operational teams to drive service level improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Preferred a minimum 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or operations within logistics / supply chain industry. However, fresh grads are also welcomed!

• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.

• Detail-oriented, structured, and strong problem-solving ability.

• Good communication and coordination skills, proficient in both English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
