Job summary

PeopleLAKE is seeking a QMS Manager in Malaysia to establish and continuously improve ISO frameworks, serving as the Management Representative. You will lead audits, coordinate certification activities, and partner with management, staff, customers, and regulators to uphold product quality and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5–6 years in QA/QMS with supervisory exposure, and Lead Auditor certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field with 5–6 years of QA/QMS exposure.
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, risk management, data integrity, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve ISO frameworks (ISO 9001 and related standards).
• Plan and lead internal/customer audits; coordinate external certification or regulatory assessments.
• Act as liaison between top management, employees, customers, certification bodies, and external auditors.
• Design inspection, testing, and evaluation standards to measure product precision, accuracy, and reliability.
• Compile training materials, educate staff on quality policies, and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain and update QMS documentation, procedures, and records.
• Monitor QMS performance, track risks/opportunities, and drive corrective/preventive actions.

Job Summary
