JINGXING HOLDINGS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quality Management professional to implement and continually improve the company’s Integrated Management System aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

You will maintain QMS documentation, support audits, and drive certification schemes such as FSC CoC and GRS. The role requires internal audit experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management or a similar role in a regulated industry.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in QMS, QA or related field.
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS requirements.
  • Knowledge of FSC® CoC, GRS or other product certification schemes is an advantage.
  • Experience in internal audits, NCR, corrective action and QMS documentation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the IMS per ISO 9001/14001/45001 across departments.
  • Implement and monitor QMS procedures, standards and controls for effective deployment.
  • Support maintenance and compliance of product certification schemes including FSC CoC and GRS.
  • Maintain and control QMS documents and records (procedures, forms, checklists, master lists).
  • Coordinate and conduct internal audits and participate in external certification/audits.
  • Raise nonconformities and drive corrective actions with departments; verify evidence.
  • Support investigation of quality issues and root cause analysis; close actions.
  • Monitor Quality Objectives and MPI; report deviations to management.
  • Support Management Review by providing performance data and audit results.
  • Promote continual improvement by analyzing data and sharing lessons learned.
  • Assist in training for QMS/ISO awareness and related topics.
  • Prepare and maintain QMS reports and certification documents.

Job description

Assist in the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.

Implement and monitor relevant QMS procedures, standards and controls to ensure effective implementation across applicable departments and processes.

Support the maintenance and compliance of applicable product certification schemes, including FSC® Chain of Custody (CoC), Global Recycled Standard (GRS), SIRIM and other applicable certification requirements.

Maintain and control QMS documents and records, including procedures, work instructions, forms, checklists, master lists and other controlled documents.

Review and coordinate the preparation, revision, registration, distribution and withdrawal of controlled documents to ensure only current and approved documents are available for use.

Coordinate and conduct internal audits and process compliance audits, and participate in external certification, customer and third-party audits.

Raise nonconformities, observations and improvement recommendations where deviations from established requirements are identified.

Monitor and follow up nonconformities and corrective actions with responsible departments, verify supporting evidence and recommend closure upon satisfactory implementation.

Support investigation of quality issues, customer complaints and system nonconformities, including root cause analysis and corrective action.

Monitor Quality Objectives, Monthly Performance Indicators (MPI) and other relevant QMS performance indicators and report significant deviations or trends to the Immediate Superior.

Support Management Review activities by compiling relevant QMS performance information, audit results, customer feedback, corrective action status, risks and opportunities and other required inputs.

Support the identification and monitoring of QMS-related risks and opportunities and follow up agreed actions with relevant departments.

Liaise with Certification Bodies, customers, suppliers, service providers and internal departments on assigned QMS, audit and product certification matters.

Support FSC®, GRS and other product certification controls, including material identification, traceability, segregation, documentation, certification claims and maintenance of relevant records.

Monitor the validity and status of applicable management system and product certifications and coordinate required surveillance, renewal and recertification activities.

Coordinate and conduct QMS, ISO and product certification induction, awareness and other relevant training for employees.

Review procedures and work instructions and communicate relevant changes, quality concerns, audit findings and lessons learned to applicable personnel.

Request relevant documents, records, data and objective evidence from departments as required for QMS, audit and certification activities.

Report and elevate significant quality, certification, audit or compliance issues to the Immediate Superior or Management where necessary.

Support continual improvement activities by analysing quality and compliance data and recommending improvements to systems, processes and procedures.

Participate in the Company’s 7S programme, including inspections, awareness, training and improvement activities.

Support applicable environmental, safety and health requirements under the Integrated Management System and cooperate with relevant personnel on compliance and improvement activities.

Promote awareness of quality, customer requirements, compliance and continual improvement throughout the organisation.

Prepare and maintain QMS reports, audit records, certification documentation, presentations and other relevant records as required.

Perform any other QMS, certification, compliance or continuous improvement duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior or Management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in quality management or a similar role, ideally within a regulated industry.

Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in Quality Management System, Quality Assurance or a related field.

Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management System requirements.

Knowledge of or training in FSC® Chain of Custody (CoC), GRS or other product certification schemes will be an added advantage.

Experience in internal audits, NCR, corrective action and QMS documentation.

Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, will be an added advantage.

Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in year 2019 in Malaysia, and started its start-of-the-art paper manufacturing factory construction project in year 2021.

Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd will be investing approximately RM 2.3 billion for the project (approximately USD 300 million) with a land size of 80 acres, and the factory is located at Banting Industrial City, Kuala Langat, Selangor.

Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd is the wholly owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Joint Stock Co., Ltd. which was founded in 1984 and was listed in the Stock Exchange of Shenzhen, China since year 2006. Today, Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Joint Stock Co., Ltd. is one of the market leaders in packaging board manufacturing industry in China.

The factory will be an advanced and highly automated factory with an integrated thermal power plant and water treatment plants.

The factory will be manufacturing and distributing a variegated range of quality paper products mainly pulpboard, Kraft-liner and corrugated medium. The project is planned for large scale production capacity of 1.4 million tons per year.
