Job summary

JINGXING HOLDINGS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quality Management professional to implement and continually improve the company’s Integrated Management System aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

You will maintain QMS documentation, support audits, and drive certification schemes such as FSC CoC and GRS. The role requires internal audit experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality management or a similar role in a regulated industry.
• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in QMS, QA or related field.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS requirements.
• Knowledge of FSC® CoC, GRS or other product certification schemes is an advantage.
• Experience in internal audits, NCR, corrective action and QMS documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the IMS per ISO 9001/14001/45001 across departments.
• Implement and monitor QMS procedures, standards and controls for effective deployment.
• Support maintenance and compliance of product certification schemes including FSC CoC and GRS.
• Maintain and control QMS documents and records (procedures, forms, checklists, master lists).
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits and participate in external certification/audits.
• Raise nonconformities and drive corrective actions with departments; verify evidence.
• Support investigation of quality issues and root cause analysis; close actions.
• Monitor Quality Objectives and MPI; report deviations to management.
• Support Management Review by providing performance data and audit results.
• Promote continual improvement by analyzing data and sharing lessons learned.
• Assist in training for QMS/ISO awareness and related topics.
• Prepare and maintain QMS reports and certification documents.
