Job summary

Best Eternity Recycle Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Management System Executive to establish, maintain and improve ISO9001, ISO 14001, and ISO45001 processes. The role requires managing documentation, audits, and certification interactions while ensuring regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has a minimum 3 years in manufacturing, a relevant degree, and proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to support diverse client communications.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advance Diploma/Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and detail-oriented with results-driven approach.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency preferred for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, implement and maintain all processes of ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001.
• Maintain documented procedures and records related to ISO, FSC, and other standards.
• Conduct internal audits and liaise with certification bodies for certification procedures.
• Ensure full QMS compliance across manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Perform continuous quality control evaluations, trend analyses, and initiate CAPAs.
• Lead annual company-wide audits, investigate customer complaints and non-conformances.

Job description

Establish, develop, implement and maintain all processes of ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 in accordance to the standard required.

Maintain documented procedure to control all documentation and format of records that are related to the requirements of ISO, FSC and etc.

Maintain and file audit work documentation such as working papers, supporting document and others.

Audit and deal with certify bodies for certification procedure.

Maintaining the full QMS of the Company to ensure all manufacturing processes comply with the International Standard and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Perform continuous Quality Control evaluation and trend and initiate corrective or preventive actions.

Perform company-wide annual audit, investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and recommend action to be taken.

Any ad hoc task as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least A Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Commerce or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Excellent interpersonal and great attention to detail and results driven.

Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Self-motivated, self-reliant, target & performance orientated.
