Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field as listed.
• 3–5 years in warehouse or raw materials management.
• Experience supervising operational personnel preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory practices.
• Good understanding of raw materials operations and manufacturing processes.
• Analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily raw materials receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory activities to ensure uninterrupted production operations
• Monitor incoming raw materials quality and ensure compliance with established specifications and quality requirements
• Manage wastepaper aging, storage conditions, and inventory rotation to optimize material utilization
• Coordinate with Stock Preparation and Production departments on daily furnish requirements and furnish ratio adjustments
• Monitor raw material movement, stock accuracy, and storage utilization to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Investigate and resolve operational issues related to raw material receiving, storage, handling, and issuance
• Assist in planning raw material requirements based on production schedules and consumption forecasts
• Conduct and verify daily, monthly, and periodic stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Supervise raw materials operations personnel, including daily task allocation, attendance monitoring, and manpower planning
• Ensure all raw materials activities comply with company policies, quality standards, FSC requirements, and regulatory requirements

This role manages raw material quality compliance, wastepaper aging and storage optimization, and coordinates with Stock Preparation and Production departments on furnish requirements. About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, raw materials management, inventory control, or manufacturing operations
• Experience in supervising operational personnel is preferred
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management practices
• Good understanding of raw materials operations and manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Good decision-making and planning abilities
• Effective leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/WMS systems
