Job summary

Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable supervisor to lead paper machine operations at our Banting facility in Selangor. You will oversee pulping, screening, refining, forming, pressing, drying, and winding stages, ensuring continuous production and product quality.

You will manage operators, coordinate daily tasks, analyze production data, and drive improvements while complying with ESH regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory or lead experience in paper mill operations or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of paper machine processes and quality control systems.
• Familiarity with environmental, safety, and health (ESH) standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise paper machine operations to ensure smooth production.
• Coordinate daily activities of operators to optimize manpower and workflow.
• Monitor production performance and achieve targets for output and quality.
• Coordinate maintenance for downtime reduction and reliability.
• Train and mentor junior operators to enhance competency.
• Ensure accurate production reports and shift handover records.
