Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Management professional to maintain and improve the QMS. You will prepare and control documentation, coordinate with departments, and support internal and external audits to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

The role requires 2–3 years in QMS/Quality Assurance and strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills for a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in QMS / Quality System / Quality Assurance, preferably within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and document control.
• Experience in CAPA, NCR, corrective action and audit management.
• Excellent documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, implement and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare, review and control QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, forms, records and quality manuals.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance with QMS procedures and standards.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with customer and external audits, including preparation of required documents and records.
• Ensure proper retention and traceability of quality records.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements to strengthen the QMS.

• Maintain, implement and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QMS / Quality System / Quality Assurance, preferably within plastic injection moulding or manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, document control and internal audit processes.
• Strong experience in preparing and maintaining quality documentation, procedures, work instructions and records.
• Familiar with CAPA, NCR, corrective action and audit management.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality requirements.
• Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
