Job summary

Gateway Search Pte Ltd is seeking a QMS Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) to join a growing manufacturing team in Malaysia. You will develop and maintain the QMS, align processes with ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 1 year of QMS experience, with hands-on ISO 9001/14001/45001 knowledge and familiarity with IATF 16949 or AS9100D. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Quality Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Experience with IATF 16949, AS9100D, or other management systems is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin speaking ability is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and participate in EHS initiatives.
