Job summary

Siegwerk Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated professional to implement and maintain Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management systems. You'll ensure compliance with regulations and coordinate production activities to meet customer orders efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree or Diploma, 2-3 years of experience, and strong communication skills. This role is part of a supportive workplace that values collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• OSH certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QHSE management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Prepare QHSE reports and documentation.
• Support in preparing reports and presentations regularly.
• Manage internal and external audits on QHSE topics.
• Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer orders.
• Monitor production progress and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Manage customer complaints related to product quality.

This role involves implementing and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) management systems, ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements and relevant regulations. The position also includes production planning responsibilities, coordinating production activities to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines.

Key responsibilities

Implement and maintain Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) management systems

Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements and relevant regulations

Prepare QHSE reports, records, and documentation

Ensure all employees are properly informed about the working, environmental and safety policies of the organization; ensure visitors are aware of the basic HSE rules

Support in preparing reports and presentations regularly (e.g. TIR reports) for all employees or specified management

Manage internal and external audits on QHSE topics

Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines

Monitor production progress and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and material availability

Manage customer complaints related to product quality, investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction

About you

Degree or Diploma in any field

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience

Basic knowledge of production planning

Good communication and report writing skills

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

OSH certification is an added advantage
