Job summary

SCHOTT Malaysia seeks an experienced Quality Assurance professional to implement and maintain ISO9001/ISO14001 systems, plan resources, and drive QA activities across multiple departments.

You will lead QA for new product qualifications, oversee design reviews and inspection plans, and push process control initiatives (FMEA, SPC, MSA). A minimum 5 years in manufacturing QA and ISO familiarity are required. Hybrid work options offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Quality.
• ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14000, ISO45000).
• Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, Gage R&R).
• Advanced statistical analysis skills (Minitab).
• Expertise in 8D problem-solving methodology.
