Job summary

YFY Jupiter Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned QualityManagement professional to lead NPI quality activities and maintain ISO 9001 and FSC compliance. The role oversees product specifications, supplier and customer audits, and important documentation such as CoC/MSDS and ECN/ECR assessments.

Applicants should possess at least five years in quality management within packaging or manufacturing, with strong problem-solving skills (8D, fishbone, 5 Why) and knowledge of PPAP, SPC, and MSA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
• Proficient in problem-solving methodologies (8D, fishbone, failure tree, 5 why, 7 QC tools).
• Knowledge of PPAP, SPC, MSA.
• ISO 9001 & FSC internal auditor certificate or equivalent.
• English proficiency: TOEIC 500 or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering Management, statistics, or Printing-related fields.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certificate or CQE or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI quality activities and manage related documentation.
• Review product quality specifications and lead function test issues.
• Manage CoC/MSDS documentation and environmental compliance records.
• Coordinate ECN/ECR quality impact assessments and change control.
• Conduct supplier and customer audits; manage 3rd party audits (FSC, ISO9001).
• Oversee documentation control (DCC) and PDI performance monitoring.
• Handle customer complaints (8D) and EMS production line or IQC rejections.

Job description

Responsible for leading NPI quality activities, managing product quality specifications, customer complaints (8D), supplier and customer audits, environmental compliance documents (CoC/MSDS), ECN/ECR quality impact assessments, and document control (DCC). Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards including Forest Stewardship Council FSC and International Organization for Standardization ISO9001 while driving continuous quality improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead NPI quality issue and document (sample review, approval sheet)
• Review product quality specifications and lead function test issue
• Manage environmental regulations or material composition certificates (CoC/MSDS)
• Customer complaint handling (8D) and handling EMS production line or IQC rejection
• Manage customer audit and 3rd party audit (FSC, ISO9001)
• Supplier quality system audit / annual audit
• Manage regional ECN/ECR change processes and assess quality impact
• Documents control center (DCC)
• PDI performance monitoring (PDI execution)

About you

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, with experience in packaging or manufacturing industries preferred
