Job summary

Siegwerk Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated professional to implement and maintain Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management systems. You'll ensure compliance with regulations and coordinate production activities to meet customer orders efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree or Diploma, 2-3 years of experience, and strong communication skills. This role is part of a supportive workplace that values collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• OSH certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QHSE management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Prepare QHSE reports and documentation.
• Support in preparing reports and presentations regularly.
• Manage internal and external audits on QHSE topics.
• Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer orders.
• Monitor production progress and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Manage customer complaints related to product quality.
