We are seeking a highly experienced QC Incoming Manager with a strong background in printing processes and excellent color vision to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise incoming quality control inspection for raw materials and printed components
• Ensure all incoming materials meet printing quality standards, including color accuracy and consistency
• Analyze defects related to printing, color variation, ink, and materials
• Work closely with suppliers, production, and QC teams to resolve quality issues
• Develop and improve QC incoming procedures and inspection standards
• Prepare quality reports and support audits when required
• Able to work independently and lead QC activities effectively
• Good communication skills in English

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Printing Technology, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in printing process quality control
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, color matching, ink, and substrates
• Excellent color vision (ability to distinguish colors accurately is mandatory)
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiar with QC systems will be an added advantage
