Job summary

TikTok in Malaysia is seeking a QA professional to own quality success for internal and external stakeholders. You will monitor performance, generate crucial reports, and support cross-functional teams to reach SMART goals while suggesting process improvements.

You will handle content safety areas including images, video, and text across daily operations. The role requires strong Tamil language capability and English as working language, with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Tamil language proficiency required; conversational English is the working language.
• Fast learner with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling/Annotation is an added advantage.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking and ability to make good decisions in complex situations.
• Familiar with labeling business logic and upstream/downstream teams' working modes.
• Comfortable reporting to, or collaborating with, a broad range of XFN partners.
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Working independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards across relevant projects.
• Facilitate regular calibration meetings with stakeholders to maintain knowledge and quality standards.
• Work with Policy POC to disseminate policy updates and coordinate questions between stakeholders.
• Perform daily audits and provide analysis of errors to teams.
• Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to SME and management teams.
• Conduct regular RCA escalations through the relevant process.
• Identify and assess areas for performance improvement across markets and provide solutions.
• Participate in or lead policy briefings to ensure changes are consistent.
• Balance efficient task delivery using platforms such as TCS or Rock Appeal.
• Support or backfill temporary gaps in market support.
• Assist onboarding team to develop training SOPs and materials.
• Perform queue moderation or knowledge quizzes to maintain policy implementation skills.
• Design and implement a training plan as per timeline.
