Job summary

Racer Technology in Kulai, Malaysia seeks a QA/QMS professional to support internal auditing, process documentation verification, and cross-department collaboration within a plastic injection molding environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO QMS standards, 8D problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and inspection teams. Travel to meet customers and suppliers may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• Experience in QMS, QA, or internal auditing is an advantage.
• Must have self-confidence of doing presentation to customers.
• Must have strong understanding of doing 8D methodology reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ISO QMS standards.
• Knowledgeable in using mechanical measuring equipment.
• Ability to understand and reads 2D drawing. Effective communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Knowledgeable and able to apply statistical process control techniques.
• Able to understand First Article Process and Reports.
• Understanding & knowledge of plastic injection molding process.
• Must be able to travels and meets customers and suppliers.
• Effective communication and cross-department collaboration.
