Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Engineer to develop and implement quality control procedures and policies at our Kuala Lumpur facility.

The role involves conducting audits, analysing data to track metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues while training staff on best practices and maintaining ISO 9001 / Six Sigma standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in using quality-related software and tools.
