Job summary

Rubberex Corporation (M) Berhad is seeking a Quality Assurance lead to direct the QA team in ensuring product quality and adherence to company standards in a manufacturing setting. You will develop and maintain quality systems, monitor performance, and drive ongoing improvement.

The role requires conducting RCA, implementing CAPA, and supporting ISO audits while collaborating with Production to resolve issues and deliver reliable quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, QC, RCA and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.

• Prepare and monitor quality reports, KPIs and improvement activities.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant QA/QC experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, quality control, RCA and CAPA
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and leadership skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Experience in rubber or glove manufacturing will be an added advantage
