Job Summary
Responsible for conducting quality inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure products and processes meet company standards, customer specifications, and applicable quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of materials and products.
- Conduct measurements, testing, and visual inspections according to established specifications.
- Verify product quality against drawings, specifications, standards, and work instructions.
- Record and maintain inspection and test results accurately.
- Identify, document, and report defects, non-conformities, and quality issues.
- Assist in investigating quality problems and performing root cause analysis.
- Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Prepare daily inspection and quality reports.
- Assist with internal, customer, and external audits when required.
- Ensure measuring and testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Follow company quality procedures, safety requirements, and ISO standards.
- Support continuous improvement activities to reduce defects, rejection, and customer complaints.
- Perform other duties related to quality control as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or a related field.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC, quality inspection, or manufacturing.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection, measurement, and testing methods.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 and quality control procedures is an advantage.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, RCA, CAPA, and basic problem-solving techniques is an advantage.
- Able to read technical drawings and specifications is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
