Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kulai, Johor, is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead production quality inspections and drive quality assurance across the plant. You will supervise a QA/QC team, coordinate audits, and implement best practices under the Quality Management System.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Quality Systems or Engineering, with 5+ years in QA/manufacturing and proven leadership, coaching teams, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Quality Systems / Engineering or QA management.
• 5+ years in QA & manufacturing with leadership/coaching experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating audits (ISO and customer).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product quality by performing production-related inspections.
• Lead and train a QA/QC team for quality inspection and assurance.
• Supervise QC team per Quality Management System.
• Create awareness of QA best practices across departments.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Ensure consistent product quality via preventive procedures.
• Coordinate ISO internal & external audits and customer audits.
• Work with departments to resolve quality issues.
• Report compilation and writing.

• Responsible for company products quality by carrying out production related inspection job
• Lead & train a team of QA/QC to perform quality inspection & assurance
• . Supervise QC Team as per Quality Management System.
• Create awareness of QA best practices & procedures amongst all departments to inculcate a culture and understand of proactive quality management
• Investigate customer complaints & non-conformance issues and handle outgoing quality issues
• Ensure consistent product quality through training, implementation of effective preventive procedures
• Develop policies & standard for monitoring quality process
• To coordinate ISO internal & external audit and customer audit
• Work closely with relevant departments to resolve quality issues

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry / Quality Systems / Engineering / manager specializing in Quality Assurance or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance & manufacturing environment with experience in Management or a proven track record in coaching & developing teams & individuals
