Job summary

TROCELLEN S.E.A. Sdn Bhd in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to support testing activities across internal and external products. You will carry out lab tests, calibrate equipment, record data, and help maintain and follow SOPs and work instructions.

The role suits fresh graduates with a willingness to learn, with basic English communication and a good eye for detail. Familiarity with calipers or tensile testers is a plus; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided.
• Familiarity with ASTM/ISO test methods is advantageous.
• Ability to record test data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing for internal or external products as required.
• Review and update Work Instructions for in-house testing methods.
• Carry out calibration/verification of lab equipment.
• Analyze data collected from tests.
• Ensure SOPs and Working Instructions are followed at all times.

Job description

Conduct testing for internal or external products (if require).

Review and update Work Instruction pertaining to in-house testing method.

Carry out and monitor lab equipment calibration / verification.

Carry out analysis on data collection.

To ensure Standard Operation Procedure and Working Instruction are follow at all times

Job Requirement

Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome, provided you are willing and eager to learn.

Experience in using measuring and testing equipment such as calipers and tensile testers will be an added advantage.

Ability to follow standard test methods (ASTM/ISO), operate basic laboratory equipment and accurately record test data.

Ability to work under minimum supervision, analytical, proactive and a strong team player.

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Computer literate with fair proficiency in spoken & written English
