Job summary

TAIKO DRUM INDUSTRIES SDN BHD in Melaka is seeking an QA/QC assistant to support the QA department with daily inspections and documentation. You will monitor quality, address issues, and help implement corrective actions to meet company standards.

The role requires Mandarin communication, strong Bahasa Malaysia and English, and 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing. Training and career development are provided in a pleasant environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• At least 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA Department in daily quality inspection and documentation.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Assist in handling quality issues, customer complaints and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain QA reports, records and documentation.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with Production and other departments to meet quality requirements.
• Perform other QA-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Work closely with Production and other departments to ensure quality requirements are met.

Perform other QA-related duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:-

Certificate or Diploma in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.

Able to speak and communicate in Mandarin is REQUIRED.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

At least 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Knowledge of ISO/QMS, inspection and quality control is an advantage.

Good communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
