Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and instructions to understand product quality expectations and material requirements.
• Approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards and track supplier performance.
• Select and test product samples using measurements and specifications.
• Utilize automated systems to carry out advanced testing procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of tests, metrics and defect counts.
• Inspect production processes for efficiency and safety compliance.
• Oversee equipment use to ensure safety and maintenance.
• Prepare and present reports to the Managing Director.
• Understand customer expectations and needs for the product.
• Develop and implement quality control processes.
• Design product specifications that adhere to safety standards.
• Supervise staff and monitor production quality.
• Assess the quality of raw materials used in production.
• Monitor and evaluate internal production procedures.
• Evaluate final products to ensure quality standards.
• Reject products that do not meet quality criteria.
• Collect customer feedback to improve quality.
